So this blog thing is all VERY new to me but I'm going to give it a try. This summer I had the opportunity to travel to Haiti to visit our Sister Church. I went with a small group of youth and young adults, some of which are very close friends. While in Haiti, God really inspired 5 people from our group to start living our lives a little differently. I thought it would be a good idea to document the changes I've been seeing in our group as well as my own life.
It all started late on night in Haiti....God ignited a flame inside 5 hopeful servants. As we sat and shared our passions and desires with each other you could feel the holy spirit moving in and through us. I praise God for bringing this group together and for that way that we can be so open with each other. We ended the evening huddled in a circle holding hands and crying out to our Savior. The power of God was so strong that night...none of us could stand still. We all agreed that God was up to something........
